Mark your calendars for an exciting month ahead! We have several events planned. These events provide wonderful opportunities for our school community to come together, celebrate achievements, and support our students. Stay tuned for more detailed information and scheduling updates.

Join us before prom on April 18 in the new gymnasium for the Grand March! This is a special time for our community to come together and celebrate our students as they make their big entrance.

Student leaders do so much to make our school a better place, so let’s celebrate them!

Student Leadership Week is April 20-24 (we’ll celebrate the 21-24), and National Honor Society is excited to celebrate and recognize leadership across the high school.

Each day we will have a dress-up theme and a simple leadership challenge that anyone can participate in. Our goal is to celebrate current student leaders while also encouraging everyone to step up and lead in their own way.

We will have prizes, activities, and fun as an entire school. Be sure to check in each day, show off your outfit, and share how you particpated.

April 21: Spot the Good

- Dress up: Wear cammo!

- Focus: Look for the good in everything, and let others know about! Don’t keep it to yourself!

- Action: When you like someone did or you see something you like, say it! Make sure you are genuine.

- Example: Tell someone you admire them, tell a teacher you liked their lesson, tell a friend something you appreciate about them

April 22: Mindful Leaders

- Dress up: Wear business or business casual

- Focus: Great leaders take care of themselves, too.

- Action: practice stress relief strategies, like deep breathing, moving your body, and connecting with others

- Bonus: Spread joy by simply smiling

April 23: Be the Good

- Dress up: Wear your club/sport/school shirt

- Focus: Leaders are the good they want to see in the world. Take action and inspire others to go out of their way to be the good.

- Action: Take initiative by cleaning up shared spaces

- Example: Clean up trash (even if it isn’t yours) and tidy up spaces

April 24: Words have Power

- Dress up: Wear fun socks

- Focus: Leaders understand that their words truly have power. They know they can inspire and empower or hurt and destroy others by what they say.

- Action: Use your words to uplift others

- Example: Give genuine compliments and/or write a note/letter to a staff member.

Seniors and families, it’s time to send in those memories!

Senior and baby photos for the Class of 2026 senior slideshow are due this Friday, March 20. These photos will be featured during graduation as we look back at how far this class has come.
